I’m a Boston based fitness Instructor. Growing up I danced and played lacrosse. Movement has always been really important to me. I went to U-Mass Amherst and was the captain of a dance club on campus there. The past few years I have really gotten into weightlifting and training. I think adding in a mixture of movements is great for your body to build strength. I started teaching in 2020 at a boutique rowing and strength studio outside of Boston. From there I taught a little bit at 305 Fitness in the city which is a cardio-dance based class.

Anything with great music and great energy is where I want to be. I bring a lot of my dance background to my stretching and mobility classes as it’s a great basis to inform my clients around listening to their bodies. Overall, I want clients to feel empowered and strong after leaving class with me.
